Summary
Both Touchpoint Solutions and the Tamaro Donation Widget support multiple payment providers. Some payment methods are available worldwide, while others are country-specific or require additional activation by the Customer Success team.

Country-specific behaviour
Switzerland
For organisations with the connect_with_twint capability, RaiseNow Hub automatically hides the following Stripe payment methods:
- Bancontact
- EPS
- iDEAL / Wero
- SEPA Direct Debit
This ensures that only relevant payment methods are shown during configuration.
Payment provider activation
Most payment providers must be connected before they can be used.
Typical activation steps include:
- Connecting the payment provider in RaiseNow Hub
- Completing any required provider onboarding
- Contacting the Customer Success team (for Tamaro configurations where applicable)
Payment processing fees
Payment processing fees are charged by the respective payment provider and are separate from RaiseNow platform fees.
