All transactions processed through RaiseNow solutions (including Touchpoints and Tamaro Widgets) follow a pricing structure composed of fixed monthly Pricing Plan costs and variable transaction-based fees. Variable costs are divided into a platform fee and a payment processing fee, applying only to successful transactions.
There are no setup fees for using RaiseNow Hub. Fixed monthly base fees or recurring costs depend entirely on your selected price plan (the Free plan has no fixed costs).
The transaction fees consist of:
A platform fee (depending on your price plan)
A payment processing fee (depending on the type of Touchpoint Solution and selected payment method)
