Overview of Fixed and Variable RaiseNow Fees

This article explains how RaiseNow fees are structured and which costs apply when processing donations and payments through RaiseNow solutions.

Overview

All transactions processed through RaiseNow solutions, including Touchpoint Solutions and the Tamaro Widget, follow a pricing model that combines:

• Fixed monthly plan fees (depending on the selected plan)
• Variable transaction-based fees

There are no setup fees for using RaiseNow Hub.

The Free plan has no fixed monthly costs. Growth plans include a monthly subscription fee and lower platform fees depending on the selected tier.

How fees are structured

Each successful transaction may include two fee components:

Platform fee

The platform fee is charged by RaiseNow and depends on:

• Your pricing plan
• Your organisation's country

Payment processing fee

Payment processing fees are charged for handling the payment transaction.

These fees depend on:

• The Touchpoint Solution used
• The selected payment method
• The connected payment provider

Touchpoint Solutions

For Touchpoint Solutions:

• TWINT: 1.3% per successful transaction
• Other payment methods: Fees depend on the connected payment provider and payment method

Tamaro Widget

For the Tamaro Widget, payment processing fees are billed directly by your connected payment provider, such as:
