This article explains how to reconnect a previously disconnected PayPal account or connect a different PayPal account to RaiseNow Hub.
Overview
If you disconnect a PayPal account from RaiseNow Hub, you can reconnect it later or connect a different PayPal account at any time.
Once the connection is restored, you can re-enable PayPal payment methods in your Touchpoint Solutions.

How it works
Connect a PayPal account
- Log in to RaiseNow Hub.
- Go to Settings → Payment providers.
- Locate PayPal in the list of available providers.
- Click Connect.
- Follow the PayPal authentication process to complete the connection.

Once completed, the PayPal account is linked to RaiseNow Hub.
Re-enable PayPal in Touchpoint Solutions
After reconnecting PayPal, you must manually add the payment method back to your Touchpoint Solutions.
Add PayPal to a Touchpoint Solution
- Go to Touchpoint Solutions.
- Select the Touchpoint Solution you want to update.
- Click Edit.
- Enable PayPal as a payment method.
- Save the changes.
The Touchpoint Solution can now accept PayPal payments again.
Additional information
- Disconnecting PayPal removes PayPal payment methods from affected Touchpoint Solutions
- Reconnecting PayPal does not automatically reactivate those payment methods
- You can switch between different PayPal accounts by disconnecting and reconnecting
