This article explains how to connect TWINT to RaiseNow Hub. Connecting TWINT is required to activate and publish Touchpoint Solutions that use TWINT as a payment method.
Overview
TWINT can be used as a payment method in Touchpoint Solutions created in RaiseNow Hub. You can already create and edit Touchpoint Solutions without having TWINT connected. However, Touchpoint Solutions that use TWINT can only be finalised and set live once TWINT is successfully connected.
The connection is managed directly in RaiseNow Hub under the payment provider settings.
How it works
Connect TWINT to RaiseNow Hub
Log in to RaiseNow Hub.
Go to Settings → Payment providers.
Find TWINT in the list of payment providers.
Click Connect.
Accept the TWINT terms and conditions.
Follow the on-screen connection flow.
Once the process is completed, TWINT is connected to your RaiseNow Hub account.
Connection status
After a successful connection, the TWINT status changes from inactive to active in Settings → Payment providers.

View TWINT account details
To view details of the connected TWINT account:
Go to Settings → Payment providers.
Click Details next to TWINT.
Here you can see information about the connected TWINT account.
