NOTE: Only valid for organizations from Switzerland
Once you have registered your organization in RaiseNow Hub, you have various options for using TWINT as a payment method - e.g. as a QR code, PayLink, QR deposit slip with TWINT extension or as a classic payment method in your donation form. There are two ways to link your RaiseNow Hub account with TWINT:
1. As soon as you create a TWINT Touchpoint solution (e.g. a QR code), the connection to TWINT is automatically established in the background. You no longer need to become active yourself at this point.
2. If you do not want to create a Touchpoint solution in RaiseNow Hub, but only want to offer TWINT as a payment method in your donation form, you can connect to TWINT as follows:
- Log in to your RaiseNow Hub account. (If your organization does not have a Hub account yet, you can register here. After that, the account activation and assignment of the required permissions has to be done by our support team).
- Under 'Settings → Payment Providers', the available payment providers and their status are listed. Click on the 'Connect' button for TWINT.
After you have successfully connected TWINT, please contact email@example.com so that we can configure your new TWINT payment method in the donation form.
