This article explains how to disconnect a Stripe account from RaiseNow Hub, what impact this has on existing Touchpoint Solutions, and how the process differs for managed and non-managed Stripe accounts.
Overview
If you want to connect a different Stripe account to RaiseNow Hub, you must first disconnect the existing Stripe connection.
The disconnection process depends on the type of Stripe account connected to your organisation. Disconnecting Stripe can affect active Touchpoint Solutions and subscriptions, so it should be done carefully.
After reconnecting Stripe, you must:
Add the required Stripe payment methods again
Republish each affected Touchpoint Solution

Stripe account types
There are two types of Stripe accounts that can be connected to RaiseNow Hub:
Managed Stripe accounts
Created through RaiseNow HubNon-managed Stripe accounts
Created directly in Stripe by the organisation
The disconnection process differs depending on the account type.
How it works
Disconnect a managed Stripe account
Managed Stripe accounts cannot be disconnected directly by the organisation.
To disconnect a managed Stripe account please contact our Customer Success team.
When contacting us, please make sure to include the following information:
- Name of your organisation
- Your email address
- Subject: Disconnect my managed Stripe account
Our Customer Success team will disconnect your Stripe account in RaiseNow Hub for you.
Disconnect a non-managed Stripe account
For non-managed Stripe accounts, the connection must be revoked directly in Stripe.
Log in to the Stripe Dashboard.
Go to Settings → Connected apps.
Find the RaiseNow connection.
Click the action button on the right.
Confirm the disconnection.
The Stripe account is now disconnected from RaiseNow Hub.

Important: Disconnecting Stripe cannot be undone. Always review the impact on Touchpoint Solutions and subscriptions before proceeding. |
Connect a different Stripe account
After disconnecting Stripe, you can connect a new Stripe account in RaiseNow Hub:
Go to Settings → Payment providers.
Select Stripe.
Follow the connection process.
