If you have already created one or more Touchpoint solutions for your club or your organisation in RaiseNow Hub you may be wondering whether it is possible to change the type of your created touchpoint solutions.
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.
However, you can create as many Touchpoint solutions as you wish in RaiseNow Hub, which means you would simply have to generate a new Touchpoint solution of your choice.
See here again, which Touchpoint solutions exist:
- Receive payments (TWINT Pay): receive anonymous payments (here you do not receive any data about the person making the payment!) via TWINT
- Receive payments and collect payer details (TWINT Pay Plus): receive payments including personal data via TWINT
- Receive donations and collect donor details (TWINT Donate): Receive donations including personal data via TWINT
- Donate: Collect donations with multiple payment methods (such as credit card, Google & Apple Pay), recurring giving and supporter details.

Please note: Currently, it is unfortunately not possible to delete or deactivate your Touchpoint solution!
