This article explains how to configure a TWINT Donations Touchpoint Solution in RaiseNow Hub. It covers branding, suggested amounts, supporter data collection, language settings, and QR code downloads.
Overview
After creating a Touchpoint Solution, you can customise its appearance and behaviour directly in RaiseNow Hub. The configuration screen includes a live preview that updates in real time. This preview shows the donation form supporters will see after scanning the TWINT QR code.
You can switch between mobile and desktop preview modes while editing the solution.

How it works
Configure basic settings
- Create your Touchpoint Solution in RaiseNow Hub.
- Enter an internal name for the solution.
This name is only visible internally and helps you identify the solution.
Configure branding
Under Branding, you can customise the donation form:
- Organisation name
- Organisation logo
- Highlight colour
- Available languages
You can choose whether the form header displays your organisation name or logo.
Configure donation amounts
You can define suggested donation amounts shown in the form.
Set suggested amounts
- Configure up to four predefined values
- Enable an optional custom amount
- Select one amount as the preselected option
These values guide supporters during the donation process.
Collect supporter details
The Collect supporter details section controls which supporter information is collected.

Configure supporter fields
- Click on Manage data fields.
- Select the fields you want to display.
- Define which fields are mandatory.
Examples include:
- Name
- Email address
- Address information

Enable donation tax receipts
For TWINT Donations, you can allow supporters to request a donation tax receipt.
This helps you identify supporters who require a receipt at the end of the year.
Advanced settings
You can define additional tracking parameters such as:
- Campaign ID
- Campaign sub-ID
These references help categorise and track incoming donations.

Language behaviour
The donation form automatically adapts to the supporter’s browser language.
Important behaviour
- The form language depends on the supporter’s browser settings
- Missing translations are not displayed automatically
- Unsupported languages may result in empty text fields
You can test languages manually by changing the URL parameter:

Save and download the QR code
Once configuration is complete:
- Review the live preview.
- Click Publish form.
- Test the QR code.
- Download the ZIP package.
The ZIP file contains:
- QR codes in different colours and languages
- TWINT QR style guides

Test your QR code
Before publishing or printing:
- Scan the QR code with the TWINT app.
- Complete a test payment.
- Verify the supporter journey and payment flow.
If using printed materials:
- Print a test version at full size
- Verify that scanning works correctly before large print runs
