Overview
You can view donor contact details directly within individual transactions in RaiseNow Hub. Contact details are only available if they were collected during the payment process. This depends on the type of Touchpoint Solution used.

How it works
View donor contact details
- Log in to RaiseNow Hub.
- Go to Donations & Payments.
- Select Transactions.
- Click on a specific transaction.
- Review the details panel on the right.
The panel shows all available transaction data, including donor contact details if provided.
Availability of contact details
Whether donor information is available depends on the type of Touchpoint solution used.
Solutions which can collect contact details
- TWINT Payments Plus
- TWINT Donations
- Donations
- Payments Plus
These solutions include supporter data fields during checkout.
Solutions without contact details
- TWINT Payments
Payments made via this solution are anonymous and do not include donor information. In this case, neither you nor RaiseNow have access to the donor’s details.
