How to create a Touchpoint Solution in RaiseNow Hub

This article explains how to create and manage Touchpoint Solutions in RaiseNow Hub. Touchpoint Solutions allow you to collect donations or payments through QR codes and online forms.

Overview

RaiseNow Hub allows you to create multiple Touchpoint Solutions for different campaigns, projects, or payment scenarios. You can run several Touchpoint Solutions in parallel and manage them independently.

Before creating a Touchpoint Solution, ensure that:

• You have a RaiseNow Hub user account
• Your organisation is registered and verified

Once completed, you can create and manage Touchpoint Solutions at any time.

How it works

Create a Touchpoint Solution

1. Log in to RaiseNow Hub.
2. Go to Touchpoint Solutions in the left navigation.
3. Click Create solution.
4. Select the Touchpoint Solution type.
5. Configure the solution settings.
6. Save and publish the solution when ready.

TWINT Touchpoint Solutions

These solutions are designed for TWINT payments and can be scanned using the TWINT app or supported banking apps.

TWINT Payments

Use this solution to collect payments with fixed or custom amounts.

• No supporter data is collected
• Common use case: events or simple payments
• Fee: 1.3% per successful transaction

TWINT Payments Plus

Use this solution to collect payments and supporter data.

• Includes personal and contact information
• Can include newsletter consent
• Fee: 2.5% per successful transaction

TWINT Donations

Use this solution for donation collection with supporter information.

• Supports donation tax receipt preferences
• Supports Cover the Fee
• Fee: 2.5% per successful transaction

Solutions with multiple payment methods

These solutions support additional payment methods such as cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Donations

Use this solution to collect one-off and recurring donations.

Supported payment methods may include:

From there, you can:

• Search for solutions
• Continue unfinished setups
• Edit existing solutions
• Open and review published solutions

Edit a Touchpoint Solution

1. Go to Touchpoint Solutions.
2. Find the relevant solution.
3. Click Edit.
4. Update the configuration.
5. Save your changes.
