Here's how you can sever the connection between your PayPal account and RaiseNow Hub.
If you wish to attach a different PayPal account to RaiseNow Hub, you must first disconnect the current account.
Step-by-step instructions
- In your RaiseNow Hub account, navigate to 'Settings/Payment providers'
- Select PayPal, access the details view, the button to disconnect is within the context menu.
3. A confirmation prompt will appear, asking you to confirm the disconnection of the linked PayPal account from RaiseNow Hub.
4. Make sure to update the section "API Access" within your PayPal account settings. It may take up to six hours for PayPal to reflect these changes in your account.
Please note:
Only by completing steps 3 and 4, you will affectively revoke RaiseNow's permissions to access your PayPal account.
Keep in mind that disconnecting your PayPal account from RaiseNow Hub will deactivate and remove all available PayPal payment methods from your Touchpoint Solutions.
For Touchpoint Solutions exclusively using PayPal payment methods, they will be deactivated and no longer accept donations.
This applies solely to touchpoint solutions utilising payment methods from your PayPal account connected through RaiseNow Hub. Touchpoint solutions using your PayPal account set up outside of RaiseNow Hub will remain unaffected.
What steps should I take to begin accepting donations for these solutions?
