How it works

Create a TWINT Donations Touchpoint Solution

1. Log in to RaiseNow Hub.
2. Go to Touchpoint Solutions.
3. Create a new TWINT Donations Touchpoint Solution.
4. Configure the layout and branding.
5. Add supporter data fields if required.

You can define which supporter information should be collected during the donation process.

Create the QR code payload

1. Create the QR code payload according to the required format.
2. Add any supporter data that should be prefilled in the donation form.
3. Add the Touchpoint Solution parameters from RaiseNow Hub.

The payload defines the donation amount and the supporter information displayed in the form.

Generate and distribute the QR code

1. Generate the TWINT QR code using the completed payload.
2. Add the QR code to your payment slip, letter, flyer, or other communication materials.
3. Share the QR code with supporters.

Supporters scan the QR code using the TWINT app.

Donation form

After scanning:

• The donation form opens automatically
• The predefined donation amount is displayed
• Personal data from the QR code payload is prefilled
• Prefilled personal data fields are displayed as non-editable

Technical details

QR code payload

The QR code payload follows a structure similar to the Swiss QR payment slip format.

The payload includes:

• The predefined donation amount
• Touchpoint Solution parameters
• Optional supporter information
• A reference number for tracking purposes

Unlike a QR payment slip, the payload does not include recipient-specific QR invoice information.
