Where can I redeem the voucher for TWINT stickers and display stands?

This article explains how to redeem a voucher for TWINT QR code stickers and display stands in RaiseNow Hub and where the voucher can be used.

Overview

Vouchers can be redeemed directly in RaiseNow Hub when ordering TWINT QR code stickers and display stands. The voucher is applied during the checkout process in the Shop section of a TWINT Touchpoint Solution.

The shop is available only for the following TWINT Touchpoint Solutions:

• TWINT Payments

• TWINT Payments Plus

• TWINT Donations

How it works

Step 1: Open a TWINT Touchpoint Solution

1. Log in to RaiseNow Hub.

2. Go to Solution overview.

3. Select an existing TWINT Touchpoint Solution, or create a new one (only TWINT Touchpoint Solutions show the Shop option).

4. Click Details for the selected solution.

Step 2: Open the Shop

In the solution details view:

1. Find the Shop section on the right-hand side.

2. Open the shop to order stickers and, if required, display stands.

Step 3: Redeem your voucher

1. Select the number of stickers and display stands you want.

2. Choose the required languages for the display stands.

3. Enter your voucher code in the Voucher field.

The system shows:

• The total voucher value applied

• The remaining amount to pay, if the order exceeds the voucher value

The voucher also covers delivery costs.

Step 4: Complete the order

1. Choose your Shipping address – you can use your organisation's address or add a different adress.

2. Click Proceed to checkout.

3. Review the order summary.

4. Complete your order.

Delivery

• The delivery time for stickers and display stands is approximately 7 working days.

• Faster shipping is not available.
