This article explains how long it takes to receive ordered stickers and the display stand after placing a purchase order, and what to do if delivery is delayed.
Overview
RaiseNow offers printed TWINT QR code sticker sets and a display stand for selected TWINT Touchpoint Solutions. These materials can be ordered directly in RaiseNow Hub and are shipped after the purchase order is received.
Delivery timeframe
Once your purchase order has been received, printing and shipping take approximately 7 business days.

If your order has not arrived
If you have not received your order after 7 business days you can contact our Customer Success team.
When contacting us, please make sure to include the following information:
- Name of your organisation
- Your email address
- Date of purchase order
- Your shipping address
This helps us to track your order and resolve the issue as quick as possible.
Shipping Refunds for Multiple Touchpoint Orders
If you order stickers from different Touchpoint solutions, the shipping costs can be refunded. To qualify, please use the same delivery address for all orders and inform us immediately after placing them so they can be combined into a single shipment with our printing partner.
To process the refund, please provide your address and bank details for the reimbursement.
