Overview
Filter presets let you save a combination of filters you use regularly and apply them again with a single click. Instead of manually re-selecting the same payment methods, or date ranges each time you log in, you can name and store those filter combinations and switch between them instantly.
Key things to know:
- Presets are saved per user and per organisation — each user manages their own presets within an organisation.
- You can save up to any number of presets, but only five are shown directly in the list. Use Show more to see the rest.
- The last filters you applied are automatically remembered and pre-selected the next time you open the Transactions view — even if you have not saved them as a preset.
- This feature is available under if you have one of our Growth plans. If you do not see it, please check with your administrator.
How it works
Save your current filters as a preset
- Go to Donations & Payments in RaiseNow Hub.
- Apply the filters you want to save (e.g. payment method, date range, etc).
- Click Save current filters.
- Enter a name for your preset in the Save filter preset modal.
- Click Save.
The preset is now available in the filter preset list for future sessions.

Note: Preset names must be unique within your organisation section. Names cannot be blank or longer than 48 characters. |
Managing presets
Rename a preset
- In the filter preset list, click the ⋯ icon next to the preset you want to rename.
- Select Rename.
- Enter the new name and click Save.
Delete a preset
- Click the ⋯ icon next to the preset.
- Select Delete.
The preset is removed immediately.

Important: Deleting a preset cannot be undone. The underlying transaction data is not affected — only the saved filter combination is removed. |
Applying a preset
Apply a saved preset
- Go to Transactions in RaiseNow Hub.
- In the filter area, select a preset from the filter preset list.
All filters from that preset are applied at once. The selected preset is highlighted, and the Save current filters and Clear all buttons are hidden while a preset is active.

Tip: If you modify any filter while a preset is active, the preset is deselected automatically. The filters themselves stay applied, and the save and clear buttons reappear so you can save a new preset if needed. |
Last-used filters
You do not need to save a preset to benefit from filter memory. RaiseNow Hub automatically stores the last set of filters you applied — including any active preset selection — and pre-selects them the next time you open the Transactions view.
