This article explains how to customise which columns appear in Transactions, Subscriptions and Payment Agreements tables in RaiseNow Hub. It is relevant for all Hub users who regularly review, export, or manage payment data and want to tailor the table view to their workflow.
Overview
The Donations & Payments tables in RaiseNow Hub now lets you choose which columns are displayed. Instead of a fixed set of columns, you can enable or disable individual fields to show only the data that is relevant to you.
This is useful because different users have different needs. A finance team member may need to see fee breakdowns and currencies, while a fundraising manager may care more about campaign sources or donor details. With column customisation, each user can set up the table to match their daily tasks.
Key points
- Your column preferences are saved per user: your setup is preserved when you log out and log back in.
- Column preferences are not shared across users. Each team member configures their own view independently.
- The column selector is designed to support new fields as they become available in Hub over time.
How it works
Open the column selector
- Go to Donations & Payments in RaiseNow Hub.
- Click the Columns button in the top-right area of the table.
- A panel opens showing all available columns.
Enable or disable columns
- In the column selector panel, tick or untick the columns you want to show or hide.
- The table updates once you click the button Apply, no need to save or reload.
Your preferences are saved automatically and will be applied the next time you visit the Donations & Payments page.

Note: Column preferences are scoped to your user account within your organisation. If you belong to more than one organisation in Hub, each organisation has its own saved configuration. |
