In order to provide our customers with the option to receive donations via credit card payment or Twint we work together with our partner SIX. (For more information about credit card donations and our Acquiring partners click here and here or find out more about our alternative: stripe )
After your order arrives at RaiseNow we ask you to fill in a Google form with all the necessary information about your organisation.
With this information SIX generates a prefilled contract which you will receive from us.
In this article we would like to show you what the contract looks like and explain the important points about it.
Content of the agreement
There are two sections:
- Framework Agreement for Cashless Payment
- Contract Module "Card Acceptance for Secure E-Commerce and Mail/Phone Order"
NOTE: Both sections have to be signed by all legal representatives
This is the first page of the contract:
Everything marked in yellow is obligatory to be filled in.
Company Data:
This is information you already provided with the google form.
E-Commerce:
Here you enter the description of your organisation (NGO, non-profit, Foundation etc.)
NOTE: Your Homepage (URL) has to contain an imprint stating your address. It has to be same address you provided for the contract and that is registered with the register of commerce.
Legal representatives:
This is information you have already provided in the Google form. The representatives must be authorized to sign for your organistaion.
Account data:
This is the account to which the donations will be paid out.
The second page just has to be signed legally valid by all legal representatives.
The third page of the contract module:
The payment methods that have a specified commission are the ones ordered. In this case it is Visa, Mastercard and Twint.
Delivery and Reimbursement:
The important thing here is that you provide the email address you want to use to log in to the SIX Backend "myPayments" to access detailed billing information.
If you previously filled in the Google form we sent you with your onboarding mail the information will be already be entered in the contract.
Fourth page of the contract module:
The merchant's business model:
The merchant refers to your organisation. Enter the purpose for which you will use the Epayment here, e.g. online donations.
The Number of transactions/year and the Delivery regions were already asked for in the Google form you previously filled in.
Webshop URL:
This is were you enter the exact URL where the online payment will be used. If it is still a test URL you should provide the login so SIX can check it.
Requirements fulfilled by the merchant:
By using the RaiseNow donation form you fulfill all requirements.
Finally, this page needs to be signed by all legal representatives as well to generate a valid signature.
As soon as all signatures are set you can send the scanned contract as a PDF file to support@raisenow.com.
