You have chosen to provide several different payment methods to your donors.
We will take care of the communication with the contractual partners and we will accompany you through all the necessary steps to set up the e-payment.
After your order you will received an onboarding email from us which contains detailed information and instructions for each payment method. Please read this email carefully.
After submission of a mandatory contract for each payment method, we will receive your Merchant ID from the Payment Service Provider. This Merchant ID enables us to connect the payment methods with the RaiseNow E-Payment Infrastructure (and your Widget).
If you choose the RaiseNow Free Package, the e-payment will be handled via Stripe or FairGive.
For payments methods without acceptance contracts (such as PayPal or payment slip) we only need your PayPal credentials or bank details.
Next, we will test if the payment process functions correctly and we will notify you when the e-payment is activated.
Please take into account, that depending on the payment methods the onboarding of e-payments can take between 4-6 weeks.
