Switching between organisations in RaiseNow Hub

You can switch between multiple organisations in RaiseNow Hub using the organisation selector. This allows users who work with more than one organisation to move between accounts without logging out or using separate email addresses.

Overview

RaiseNow Hub supports access to multiple organisations under one user account. If you have been invited to more than one organisation, an organisation selector appears in the Hub navigation.

This makes it easy to:

• Work with several organisations using one login

• Move between organisations without ending your session

• Always see the correct dashboard, data, and settings for the selected organisation

   

What is the organisation selector?

The organisation selector is a dropdown menu located at the bottom of the Hub sidebar.

It shows:

• Your most recently opened organisations for quick access

• A complete list of all organisations you have access to

How it works

Open the organisation selector

1. In RaiseNow Hub, go to the sidebar.

2. Click the dropdown showing your current organisation’s name at the bottom of the sidebar.

View recent organisations

At the top of the selector, you see the organisations you accessed most recently. This helps you switch quickly between active accounts.

Search or browse organisations

• Use the search field to find an organisation by name, or

• Scroll through the full list of available organisations

Switch organisations

1. Click the organisation you want to open.

2. RaiseNow Hub reloads automatically.

3. The dashboard and all data update to the selected organisation.
