This article explains how to change the email address associated with your RaiseNow Hub user account and what to consider during the confirmation process.
Overview
You can update your email address directly in RaiseNow Hub via your profile settings. After requesting the change, the new email address must be confirmed within a limited time before it becomes active.
Until confirmation is completed, you continue to log in using your current email address.
If you want to use an email address which is already linked to another organisation in RaiseNow Hub, you can simply add one or more organisations to your existing user account and switch between them.

How it works
Change your email address
Log in to RaiseNow Hub using your current email address.
Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select My profile.
Go to User settings.
Find your current email address.
Enter your new email address.
Click Save.
Confirm your new email address
After saving the change:
A confirmation message is shown
You have 24 hours to confirm your new email address

Important: If the new email address is not confirmed within 24 hours, the change is discarded and your existing email address remains unchanged. |
