This article explains the most common reasons why logging in to RaiseNow Hub may fail and what you can do to resolve the issue.
Overview
If you are unable to log in to RaiseNow Hub, it is usually due to an incorrect login detail or an issue with two-factor authentication (2FA). The sections below help you identify and resolve the most common causes.
Common reasons login does not work
Incorrect email address
Make sure you are using the exact email address that is registered for your RaiseNow Hub account.
If you are unsure which email address is registered:
Check previous emails from RaiseNow Hub
Ask a colleague in your organisation who may have invited you
Issue with two-factor authentication (2FA)
RaiseNow Hub requires two-factor authentication for all users. Login issues can occur if the second authentication step cannot be completed.
Possible situations include:
You no longer have access to your authenticator app
You changed your device and have not set up authentication again
You cannot receive or generate a verification code
What to do if login still fails
If you are still unable to log in please contact our Customer Success team.
When contacting us, please make sure to include the following information:
- Name of your organisation
- Your email address
- A detailed description of the issue together with one or more screenshots showing the problem (e.g. the error message)
This helps us to investigate and resolve the issue as quick as possible.
