Overview
This guide provides detailed instructions for managing user invitations within your organisation using our platform.
User Invitation Restrictions
• Unique Email Requirement: It is not possible to invite a user if the email address is already connected to a different organisation.
• Self-Deactivation Prohibited: Users cannot deactivate their own accounts. Please contact a co-worker to remove you from the organisation. If you wish to close your RaiseNow Hub acount, please contact our support team.
Inviting Users
• Sending Invitations: Any user can invite new users. An invitation email with a link to the password creation screen will be sent to the invitee. This link expires after 15 days.
• Re-sending Invitations: If the invitation link expires before the new user has set up their account, the expired status is displayed in the Hub’s user overview. A new invitation link can be sent.
Managing Users
• Removing Users: Users can remove other users from the organisation.
• Revoking Invitations: An invitation can be revoked if the invited user has not yet accepted it.
• User invited by our support team: Users invited in the past by our Customer Support Team are visible in the Hub account of the organisation and can be removed by any user of the organisation if required.
