When is a donor informed of the next donation payment?

For each donation, the donor will be informed of the donation by the RaiseNow system, using the automated notification Webhook. All messages include an option to change the donation details or opt out of a donation.

In general the first donation is made immediately after completion of the subscription (immediate execution) and the recurring debit email is sent shortly after the confirmation of the subscription. However, it may be that the payment method needs to be confirmed before execution, resulting in a delayed charge. This is determined by, and is the responsibility of, the beneficiary organisation.
