How and when can a recurring donation be cancelled or changed?

Recurring donations can be terminated by the donor at any time and with immediate effect. Donors can unsubscribe via a link received in each confirmation e-mail  after the donation has been completed. 

Through the link the donor can access and only update their personal data. Furthermore the link provides the possibility for the donor to add a new credit card or update credit card details in case they are expired.

If the donor wishes to change the frequency, amount and/or donation purpose, a termination of the old donation subscription is necessary first. Once done the donor can create a new subscription with the updated details.
