This article explains how to change the language of payout reports and how to manage the recipients who receive them in RaiseNow Hub.
Overview
RaiseNow sends payout reports automatically before each payout. These reports are sent by email to the configured recipients.
Each report includes:
- The gross amount received
- The payout date
- The net amount after fees

The language of the payout report is based on the selected interface language in RaiseNow Hub.

How it works
Step 1 : Open organisation settings
- Log in to RaiseNow Hub.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Organisation.
Step 2: Change the payout report language
The payout report uses the current interface language.
- Use the language selector in RaiseNow Hub.
- Select your preferred language (German, English, Italian, or French).
- Download the payout report if needed.
The report will be generated in the selected language.

Step 3: Update payout report recipients
- In Settings → Organisation, go to Payout report recipient.
- Update the existing recipient or add new recipients.
- Click Save.
All listed recipients will receive the payout report by email.
