This article explains how to set up and update your organisation’s bank account in RaiseNow Hub. It outlines the requirements for valid bank details, key limitations, and how to update your bank account details for TWINT payouts.
Overview
RaiseNow facilitates payouts for TWINT payments. To ensure compliance and prevent fraud, payouts are only made to verified organisation bank accounts.
Only one bank account can be linked to each RaiseNow Hub account. If you require multiple payout accounts, you must create separate RaiseNow Hub accounts.

How it works
Add your bank details
You add your bank details when creating a new account in RaiseNow Hub.
- Complete the registration process in RaiseNow Hub as described in this article : How to create a new RaiseNow Hub account.
- Enter your organisation’s bank account details and upload a recent bank statement as a PDF file (pictures or screenshots are not accepted).
- Submit your application.
Our Customer Success team will review your informations and documents within two working days.

Bank account requirements
To meet compliance and security standards, the following requirements apply :
- The organisation name must match the bank account holder name.
- The bank account must be registered in Switzerland.
- The account type must be an association or business bank account (personal bank accounts are not accepted).
- The organisation must have a Swiss postal address (this also applies to organisations based in Liechtenstein).

Important: If the organisation name and account holder name do not match, payouts cannot be processed. |
Update your bank account
If you need to update your bank account details in RaiseNow Hub :
- Contact the Customer Success team via the contact form in RaiseNow Hub or by clicking here.
- Provide your new bank account details and a recent bank statement as a PDF file (pictures or screenshots are not accepted).
The bank statement must clearly show :
- IBAN
- Account holder name
- Bank name
Our Customer Success team will then update your bank account details for you in RaiseNow Hub.
Receive TWINT payouts in separate bank accounts
If you would like to receive TWINT payouts in separate bank accounts :
- Create a separate RaiseNow Hub account for each bank account.
- Use a unique organisation name for each RaiseNow Hub account (e.g. including a project or campaign name).
- Complete the new registration with an email address which is not registered yet in RaiseNow Hub.
