Will donation subscriptions be taken over to RaiseNow Hub?

If you have chosen a RaiseNow Free tariff:

If you have opted for a RaiseNow Free tariff, your permanent donations will not be taken over for technical reasons and will no longer be collected after the end of the platform term (15.11.2024).

Exception: Paypal recurring donations

Your PayPal permanent donations will remain with you, as they will continue to run via your existing PayPal account even after the shutdown date. You will find the corresponding donor data in RaiseNow Manager until the platform is shut down.

 

All other recurring donations

To ensure that you keep these permanent donations, we provide you with a mail template and describe here how you can write to your donors so that they can create new permanent donations via Stripe or PayPal in the RaiseNow Hub.

Feel free to use this template to contact your donors:

 

Dear [donor],

You donate regularly to our [XYZ]. Regular donations are very important for our projects. Thank you very much for your commitment.

We would like to inform you that there has been a change in the software for our online donation forms.

For technical reasons, it is therefore not possible to continue your current standing order.

However, your regular donation is of great help to our work.

We therefore ask you to set up a new standing order using this donation form: [Insert link to donation form here].

Thank you very much for your support.

If you have chosen a RaiseNow Growth tariff:
