It sometimes happens that you want to log into the RaiseNow Manager and it does not work because your user is locked. If this is the case, you will get the following error message.
This can have two main reasons:
1. You used too many times the wrong password and your account has been locked for security reasons
2. You did not use your RaiseNow Manager account for the last two months and the system automatically locked your account for security purposes.
