Different User in the RaiseNow Manager

The RaiseNow Manager allows to configure different users for one organisation. The different users mainly differ in their rights and views in the RaiseNow Manager.

User role	Rigths
View Only	Only reading access
Finance Officer	Additional: Refunding transactions (does not apply to RaiseNow Free, SMS and Twint QR) Please Note: For SMS, Free and Twint QR there needs to defined ONE finance officer only per merchant configuration. The address and bank account info is used for the invoice which can only be sent out to one person - hence there can only be one User with Finance Officer Rights.
Developer	Additional: setting and checking webhooks (E-mails for different events, e.g. donation confirmation)
Merchant Admin	This user has all rights and can see all tabs in the RaiseNow Manager

Hint: API Access has to be set in addition to the above roles.
A general rule of thumb. The further you go down on the user list, the more rights the user will have.

If a new user for a new customer is created, it will by default be a merchant admin. This way we ensure that the new customer can use the RaiseNow Manager to its full extent.

A Merchant Admin user can create new users for their organisation and assign specific roles.
