This is the initial release for the RaiseNow Dynamics integration. 

Recurring Donations

This release include support for: 

• Collecting new recurring donations through RaiseNow touchpoints or the RaiseNow API. This includes support for individual as well as company donations. 
• Cancelling recurring donations via donor self-service through a RaiseNow touchpoint, Dynamics 365 or the RaiseNow API.
• Updating the payment method for a recurring donation via donor self-service through a RaiseNow touchpoint
• Processing and matching of successful as well as failed recurring charges initiated by RaiseNow for a recurring donation. 

One-off Payment and Pledges

• Collecting new one-off payments through a RaiseNow touchpoint or the RaiseNow API. This includes support for individual as well as company donations. 
• Collecting new one-off pledges through a RaiseNow touchpoint or the RaiseNow API for individual as well as company pledges. This includes support for generating individual references for each pledge and passing this information to D365. Backoffice processing implemented in D365 may leverage this information for automated payment-to-pledge matching when processing camt files, for example in F&O.

Deduplication

• Support for matching contact details from the donation record with existing contacts in D365
• Support for matching account details in the context of company donations to match with existing accounts in D365
• Support for adding contact/company details to the commitment for identifying and storing diverging properties in D365

Acquirer Payout Reconciliation

• Match acquirer payouts with individual donations created through RaiseNow. Retrieve and identify the value_date for funds received as well as acquirer fees and receiving bank account. Update individual records in D365 accordingly. 

Cover the Fee

• For one-off donation payments and pledges: Cover the fee will be added to both the commitment and the resulting transaction. 
• For recurring donations: Cover the fee will be added to the commitment. If RaiseNow is managing charges, resulting transactions will also have the appropriate values.
