What happened to your PostFinance subscriptions?

PostFinance subscriptions are no longer active with RaiseNow. This article explains what happened to existing subscriptions and how supporters can continue their recurring donations.

Overview

PostFinance is no longer available as a payment method with RaiseNow.

Recurring donations using PostFinance were not migrated to RaiseNow Hub and were discontinued on 1 September 2026, when RaiseNow Manager was discontinued. These subscriptions are no longer active and no further payments are processed.

We worked closely with organisations to ensure that supporters had the opportunity to move their recurring donations and payments to alternative payment methods before the PostFinance subscriptions were discontinued on 1 September 2026.

Supporters with affected subscriptions have been informed by email, if the organisation had email notifications configured through RaiseNow Manager. Webhooks to third party systems were also executed, if configured, for example for RaiseNow integrations to Salesforce, Dynamics, SEXTANT or OM.

How supporters can continue their recurring donation

If a supporter wants to continue their recurring donation, please invite them to create a new subscription using alternative payment methods.
