Reconciling credit card donations via Worldline / SIX Payment Services

To manually balance credit card donations via Worldline, you can log in to their portal.

Dashboard

In the dashboard of myPayments you will see an overview of the donations received:

An overview of all payments to your account through SIX Payment Services can be seen when you choose "Payouts". 

In the overview of payments, you will find a list of all payments made to your account. Details included are: the payment date, your account number, the currency, the gross donation amount, the commission charged, the net donation amount and the SIX reference number.

Note: These payments are group payments and can therefore comprise several donations.

Here is an example:

A payment of the amount of CHF 2'638.91, from a gross donation amount of CHF 2'675, was made on 9 March 2021 to the specified account number, with a commission of CHF 36.09.

In your bank account, you can search for a SIX deposit to the amount of CHF 2'638.91.

Through the upper symbol that is highlighted in the photo you can download an overview of all payouts containing information like payment date, value date, account number or gross/net amount.

Via the lower export symbol you can download a detailed view on the currently shown payout. In this list you find a list of all transactions, which are included in this payout, containing information like the RaiseNow reference number or transaction ID or the fees for each transaction.

If you go back to the home screen you can also go to the "Transactions" space directly and see a list of individual transactions.

Thus, a clear assignment of the donation in the RaiseNow Manager and the payment to your donation account are possible.
