How to add pick list values for new payment methods

This screen-cast illustrates how to add picklist values when new payment methods are released in the RICE-Salesforce integration. 

TheRaiseNow self-onboarding guide will notify you when you need to add new picklist values to existing fields manually. The needed additional entries are shown on the error screen during the RICE Setup, as seen at the beginning of the video. Follow the steps shown here to add the values to the specified objects and fields in Salesforce. 

This has to be done twice for each of these objects:
- RaiseNow__Transaction__c

- RaiseNow__Subscription__c
