Improvement & Bugfixes

• Support past effective dates when importing recurring donations via RaiseNow bulk importer for direct debit and payment slip recurring donations.
• Correctly populate value date on opportunities when processing camt.054 files in processing recurring donation payments. 
• Expose “Collect via RaiseNow” as a public Apex method to be leveraged by integration partners. See our documentation for more details. 
• Catch duplicates of already uploaded imports through RaiseNow bulk importer. Note this will only work for imports created with this release or later. 
• Fix a bug where “cover-the-fee” could not be correctly passed to Salesforce when the fee was collected as a percentage instead of an absolute value. 
• Do not set npsp_StartDate__c on processing payments for a recurring donation. 
• Catch duplicates of already uploaded camt files.

• A coordinated deployment of our backend component v1.13.10
• Upgrading the managed package to version 1.30 of the RaiseNow Fundraising Kit.
