Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Pages
If you have licensed a RaiseNow Peer-to-Peer (P2P) platform and are also using the RaiseNow Salesforce integration, campaigns from your P2P platform can be linked to campaigns within Salesforce. These will automatically create objects within Salesforce according to the corresponding business case.
If you did not order the RaiseNow Salesforce integration and the RaiseNow Peer-to-Peer platform at the same time, please let us know, so we can make sure everything is ready to go.
Link your Salesforce campaign to a Peer-to-Peer campaign/purpose
RaiseNow will create a sub-campaign for each fundraising page created by your fundraisers. In order to assign these to a parent campaign in Salesforce, you need to specify the correct Salesforce campaign object ID from Salesforce within the Peer-to-Peer platform. Just select the desired parent campaign in Salesforce, then copy & paste the object ID from the address bar of your browser to the Campaign ID field within the P2P platform.
Please make sure that you link all campaigns/purposes within the Peer-to-Peer platform to a valid Salesforce campaign.

Within Salesforce make sure to re-configure the permissions on the campaign object to allow your user to see the field
- "WON OPPORTUNITIES IN HIERARCHY"
- "VALUE WON OPPORTUNITIES IN HIERARCHY"
These will provide a good overview of the performance of your Peer-to-Peer campaign:
Check the campaign members of the parent or the child campaigns to see donors and fundraisers:
