RaiseNow's standard touchpoints support various countries that are not included in the default list of countries provided by the standard picklist within Salesforce. See this article for a list of the default countries supported by Salesforce.
If a donor selects a country in a RaiseNow touchpoint that is not supported by Salesforce the data transfer will fail. Considering the concerned countries this rarely happens. If it happens you can use the business process monitor to fix and retransmit the business process.
Of course the sustainable solution is to add the missing countries to Salesforce. To add a country to the standard picklist proceed as follows:
1. Navigate to the country picklist configuration in the Salesforce setup and click on the link "Configure State and countries".
2. Click "New Country/Territory".
3. Add the desired country. Make sure to set the integration value according to the ISO code in the table below and check the "Visible" checkbox.
This is the list of countries supported by RaiseNow but not by Salesforce:

Configuring integration values for states
To configure integration values for a given state for a given country, edit that country in the same menu and edit the integration value for each state. Be sure to check the "Visible" checkbox. RaiseNow will set values according to ISO-3166-2 removing the prefix for country. So for example US-AK (Alaska) is stored as AK.
