Widget overview
On the overview page, you will see all widgets connected to your account. Most organisations only have one widget here.
Here’s how this overview can help you in reading and managing your data:
| Column name | Description |
| Widget name | Rename your widget to change the display name in Hub. By default, this column is empty. The name you assign will not be reflected anywhere else for now, it is for only for the Tamaro donation widgets view. |
| Config name | This is the technical name of your Tamaro widget, also referred to as Widget ID. Use this as a reference for Customer Success if you want to make updates to your widget or request changes on the widget. |
| Managed by |
Your widget can be managed by RaiseNow or by a partner. Partner-managed widgets are identified as such. Those are embedded deeply into partner integrations and making a change without informing the partner can cause the widget to break. If you want to update that widget, speak to the partner who manages and will request the required changes and updates. If you see widgets here from partners that are unused or who you don’t collaborate with anymore, please ask the partner to archive that widget for you. |
| Update Status |
The update status indicates if your widget it up to date and protected or if you need to take action to update it. Contact the Customer Success team or the partner listed in Managed by to update your widget to the latest version. Possible statuses and their meaning are:
