Follow these steps to disconnect a Stripe account from the RaiseNow Hub. If you want to connect a different Stripe account to the RaiseNow Hub, you need to disconnect an existing account in the Stripe Dashboard first.

Note: If subscriptions were created through the existing Stripe connection, migration options for those subscriptions should be clarified before disconnecting. Depending on the type of subscription, disconnecting the Stripe account may have specific implications.
Please note: There are two types of Stripe accounts:
(A) Managed Accounts created through the RaiseNow Hub, and (B) Non-Managed Accounts opened directly with Stripe.
(A): To disconnect managed accounts from Stripe, please contact support@raisenow.com and we will disconnect them for you.
(B) For non-managed accounts, the Stripe connection must be revoked in the Stripe account:
- From the Stripe dashboard, go to Settings > Connected Apps.
- To revoke an existing connection, click on the button on the right and confirm the disconnection of the account in the next window.
- If you would like to connect a different Stripe account to the RaiseNow Hub, you can set up a new connection in the Hub under Settings > Payment providers. You can find more information here: Connecting Stripe with the RaiseNow Hub
