Currently, we only support Postfinance in an automated process.
In order to retrieve information from your PostFinance account, RaiseNow will need to access the PostFinance File Delivery Service (FDS). Depending on what kind of payments you specifically want to reconcile (QR referenced payments, direct debit payment or acquirer payouts), RaiseNow needs access to different file formats and versions. To help with the contractual setup we supply the below templates.
Please verify these with your PostFinance consultant before finalizing the changes. RaiseNow does not automatically receive information from PostFinance if these documents change and processes within PostFinance may have been updated since this article has been written.
Please note: If you setup any of these processes below, you will no longer have access to the corresponding file directly via PostFinance. PostFinance only supports one delivery channel for each supported file format. Please ensure that you or other partners you are working with are not reliant on the current setup before you change it. RaiseNow does not have any information on your current setup with PostFinance or other requirements you may have outside of the scope of RaiseNows services.
