Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to automatically receive an email notification or a text message via SMS when someone makes a payment with your TWINT QR code.
Our team of developers is already configuring this feature, but we can't tell you yet when exactly it will be available.
Therefore we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
In the meantime, please note that you can still find the details of the transactions made with each of your QR codes in real time directly in the RaiseNow Hub.
To do this you must first log in to the RaiseNow Hub using this link: https://login.raisenow.com/login
Once you have logged in, you need to click on 'Transactions' in the left column to view all the transactions made with your TWINT QR codes.
If a transaction is shown as "Succeeded", the payment has been confirmed by the customer.
If a transaction is shown as "Failed", this can be due to several reasons, you can read more about it in this article:
Why is a transaction shown as "failed"?
By clicking on 'Details' in the list, a new column opens on the right where you can see the details of this transaction as well as the contact information of the person who made the payment, based on the data he/she filled in the payment form.
Please note that this information is only available if you have created your TWINT QR code with the option "TWINT QR Pay Plus" or "TWINT QR Donate". With the option "TWINT QR Pay" you can only receive anonymous payments.
In this article you will find more information about our three TWINT QR code solutions:
What is the difference between the 3 solutions?
Please note: It is not possible to change the solution of an already existing QR code in RaiseNow Hub, nor can we make this change for you.
You will find further information about it in this article:
Can I change the type of my TWINT QR Code?
As far as the person making the payment is concerned: he/she will get an instant confirmation of the payment in his/her TWINT application, in the "Movements" section, as well as a confirmation email sent automatically from the RaiseNow Hub if you have enabled this option, as described in this article:
Confirmation emails in RaiseNow Hub
