At the moment the only way to receive a direct confirmation of payment is our “instant payment confirmation”-feature. It is not yet possible to receive an email notification for successful payments made through touchpoint solutions.
In the meantime, please note that you can still find the details of the transactions made via a Touchpoint solution in real-time directly in RaiseNow Hub.
To do this you must first log in to RaiseNow Hub using this link: https://hub.raisenow.com/
Once you have logged in, you need to click on 'Transactions' in the left column to view all the transactions.
If a transaction is shown as "Succeeded", the payment has been confirmed by the customer.
If a transaction is shown as "Failed", this can be due to several reasons, you can read more about it in this article:

By clicking on 'Details' in the list, a new column opens on the right where you can see the details of this transaction as well as the contact information of the person who made the payment, based on the data he/she filled in the payment form.
As far as the person making the payment is concerned: he/she will get an instant confirmation of the payment in his/her TWINT application, in the "Movements" section, as well as a confirmation email sent automatically from RaiseNow Hub if you have enabled this option, as described in this article:
