If you are not able to log in to the RaiseNow Hub this may be due to the following reasons:
- You have entered an incorrect email address.
- You have, by mistake, tried to log in to the RaiseNow Manager instead of RaiseNow Hub.
Please note: The RaiseNow Manager is a dashboard where our customers who use one of our online RaiseNow Free or RaiseNow Growth donation forms can log in. You can find more information about both products on our website.
Since the RaiseNow Manager and the RaiseNow Hub are two separate platforms that are not linked to each other, if you wand to create and manage your touchpoint solutions you must log in to the RaiseNow Hub at https://hub.raisenow.com/.
- There is a problem with the two-factor authentication. For example: you don't receive any SMS with the verification code. In this case, you can write to support@raisenow.com with your request (please make sure that you send us your request from the email address registered in RaiseNow Hub) so that we can reset the mobile number which is currently saved in our system. You will then be able to enter your phone number (or another number) again the next time you want to log in to the RaiseNow Hub.
If you still have problems with logging in, please feel free to contact us at support@raisenow.com. Please mention the email address with which you are registered with in the RaiseNow Hub (not in the RaiseNow Manager) and send us a screenshot showing the problem or the error message you get.
