All donations/payments received with your touchpoint solutions are credited once a week by RaiseNow to the bank account you specified when registering in the RaiseNow Hub.
Prior to that, the person registered as the recipient of the payout reports receives an email with the payout report showing the "gross" amount as well as the "net" amount after deduction of the fees charged by RaiseNow, and the exact date of the payout on your bank account.
Please note that these fees depend on the type of touchpoint solution you use. You can read more about it in this article:

The email is generated and sent out automatically from the RaiseNow Hub in the language that you have set up and to the recipient(s) you have specified during your registration.
Change the language of the payout reports
Once you have logged in to the RaiseNow Hub (https://hub.raisenow.com/) go to Settings and click on Organisation. On the right hand side under Additional information you can choose between German, English and French as the language used for the payout reports sent by RaiseNow.
ATTENTION: The chosen language has no influence on your touchpoint solutions and on the language of the payment form displayed in your browser or in the TWINT application. This is because the language of the payment form depends on the language of the browser / TWINT application used to open the form, or scan your QR code, and not on the language you set up in your organisation settings in RaiseNow Hub!
Once you have selected the right language don't forget to save your changes by clicking on Save at the bottom of the page:
Changing the recipient of the payout reports
Once you have logged in to the RaiseNow Hub (https://hub.raisenow.com/) go to Settings and click on Organisation. On the right hand side under Payout report recipient you have the possibility to change the existing recipient and, if needed, to add one or more additional recipients.
There also, please make sure to save your changes by clicking on Save at the bottom of the page.
Finally, please note that if you need to add one or more access accounts for your organisation in RaiseNow Hub, you need to send your request with the following information directly to support@raisenow.com :
- Name of your organisation
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
