This article explains whether you can change the type of an existing Touchpoint solution in RaiseNow Hub and what alternatives are available.
Overview
Once a Touchpoint solution is created, its type cannot be changed. This is due to technical limitations.
If you need a different setup, you can create a new Touchpoint solution at any time. There is no limit to the number of solutions you can create.

How it works
Create a new Touchpoint solution
If you need a different type:
- Log in to RaiseNow Hub.
- Go to Touchpoint solutions → Create solution.
- Select the desired type.
- Configure the solution and save it.

You can then use the new Touchpoint solution instead of the previous one.
Available Touchpoint solution types
TWINT Touchpoint solutions (only in Switzerland)
These Touchpoint solutions use only TWINT as payment method.

TWINT Payments
Receive payments with fixed or custom amounts.
Supporter data is not collected.

TWINT Payments Plus
Receive payments and collect supporter data.

TWINT Donations
Receive donations, collect supporter data, and enable donation tax receipts.

Touchpoint solutions with multiple payment methods
These Touchpoint solutions support payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
