This article explains how to connect RaiseNow Hub with ClubDesk and how to transfer transaction data from your TWINT QR codes to ClubDesk.
Overview
If you already use RaiseNow Hub to create TWINT QR codes or payment links for your association, club, or organisation, you can transfer transaction data to ClubDesk for administration and accounting purposes.
This integration helps you manage payments received through your TWINT QR codes directly in ClubDesk.
In the video tutorial below (currently available in German only), you can learn how to:
- Create a RaiseNow Hub account for your organisation
- Export transactions made with your TWINT QR codes
- Import payments into ClubDesk
Before you start
To transfer your transaction data successfully, make sure that:
- A campaign identifier is set up for your QR code
- The correct SubID is configured
- The appropriate transaction rules are defined in ClubDesk
