What are the fees for a payment received with my touchpoint solution?

There are no setup or fixed recurring fees for registering your organization in RaiseNow Hub or for creating and managing your Touchpoint solutions.

Once you have chosen the Touchpoint solution that is most suitable for your purpose (you can learn more about it here as well as in our video tutorial), you can create as many Touchpoint solutions as you wish, knowing that transaction fees are only charged when you receive a successful payment!

The exact fees depend on the type of touchpoint solution you choose:

• TWINT Payments = Receive payments without any supporter data: 1.3% per successful transaction
• TWINT Payments Plus = Receive payments (e.g membership fees) and collect supporter data: 2.5% per successful transaction
• TWINT Donations = Receive donations and supporter data via a fully customised donation form: 2.5% per successful transaction
• Donations = Receive one-time and recurring donations and supporter data through multiple payment methods: 2.5% per successful transaction plus payment provider fees

Note: When rounding fees we always round to the nearest centime amount; 5 is rounded up.
