How can I see the donor's contact details?

You can see the donor's contact details directly in the RaiseNow Hub (https://login.raisenow.com/login). Once you have logged in, please click on "Transactions" in the left column to see a list with all the transactions made via your TWINT QR code(s).

If you click on one transaction, a new column will appear on the right with all the transaction's details, according to the informations filled by the donor during the payment process.

Please note: you are able to see the donor's details only if you have created a QR code with either the TWINT Pay Plus or the TWINT Donate solution. If you have chosen the TWINT Pay solution you can only receive anonymous payments.
