Widget Onboarding

RaiseNow Lema

By ordering the Lema widget you have chosen our premium product.

We will send you an Onboarding Email including the most important information about your donation forms and your access to the RaiseNow manager:

• Technical information for the Widget implementation
• Customization questionnaire
• Access to the RaiseNow Manager
• References to the RaiseNow Knowledge Base

Your Lema will initially be in testing mode. In this phase of your Onboarding journey you have the chance to test your widget. After you have sent us your questionnaire and we made the adjustments, you can check whether the implementation on your website works and how the customization of the widget looks. 

Once all the adjustments are ready your Lema will be published live with your permission (requirement is an active e-payment). From then on only productive transactions with real payment methods will be executed.

RaiseNow Free

With RaiseNow Free you choose our basic product, which we recommend when you expect a low donation volume and do not want to commit to monthly licensing fees. In your Onboarding Email we will send you all important information about your widget and your access to RaiseNow Manager:

• Technical information for the Widget implementation
• Access to the RaiseNow Manager
• References to the RaiseNow Knowledge Base

If you struggle with the implementation we can recommend several agencies, that are able to support you.

Customization is not included in our RaiseNow Free product.

After having completed all the points from your Onboarding Email, your widget can be published.

Your donations are handled by the association FairGive and are paid out on a monthly basis. Usually your widget can be published within a week after we receive your order.

Tamina Widget

With RaiseNow Tamina you decided to order a donation barometer. Tamina provides you with a graphical overview of all the donations you are receiving for one specific campaign. Filter criteria can be set via Javascript.

After your order you will receive an Onboarding Email with the following information:

• Technical information for the Widget implementation
• Short customization questionnaire
• Access to the RaiseNow Manager
• References to the RaiseNow Knowledge Base

We will gladly support you with the implementation of your Tamina Widget on your website and discuss possible adaptations.

Once the Widget has been successfully tested on your website, you can provide us with the go-live date.

Bre2 Widget

The Bre2 is an add-on to your SMS donation campaign. This online donation form will facilitate the process for your donors.

After your order you will receive an Onboarding Email with the following information:

• Technical information for the Widget implementation
• Short customization questionnaire
• Access to the RaiseNow Manager
• References to the RaiseNow Knowledge Base

Once the widget has been successfully tested on your website, you can provide us with the go-live date. 

Ela Widget

The Ela Widget is ideal for one time donations and customization with images. Just as with all the other Widgets you will receive an Onboarding Email with the following information: 

• Technical information for the Widget implementation
• Customization questionnaire
• Access to the RaiseNow Manager
• References to the RaiseNow Knowledge Base

Once the widget has been successfully tested on your website, you can provide us with the go-live date.
