!Requirement: existing Stripe account!
In order to connect you Stripe account to our e-payment infrastructure, we introduced a specific process. In this article we will explain this process step by step.
1. After receiving your order form we will send you a link, that looks like the following: https://manage.raisenow.com/epayment/MERCHANTIDENTIFIER/3rdpartyapps
The MERCHANTIDENTIFIER is an individual ID created for you, with which we are connecting your payment methods to our infrastructure.
2. In the new tab please go to 'Connect with Stripe'
(You need a RaiseNow Manager Account. We will send you your username with the request to set yourself a new password via a reset link in a separate e-mail from us. You will use the RaiseNow Manager as well at a later stage to view all incoming transactions with details.
3. Please answer the following questions to set up your Stripe account and integrate with our infrastructure. If you already have a Stripe account, please go to the top right corner and sign in with your Stripe account.
4. Done! After submitting the form we will receive all necessary information in our system and the connection to our e-payment infrastructure is completed.(*)
In case you have any questions regarding the Stripe onboarding, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@raisenow.com
(*) Please note: once you have connected your Stripe account to our e-payment infrastructure we will be able to view all transactions processed with your connected Stripe account, including any data created by other platforms you’ve connected. We ensure you, that we do not use any of this information for further purposes or forward it to any 3rd-party.
